We run breakfast and after school clubs and a holiday club! Next Holiday Club is During the Easter Holidays – Tuesday 7th and 14th and Wednesday 8th and 15th April – call the office to book in 01884 35018 – funding can be used or you can pay for it £40 per day.

I just wanted to say how amazing holiday club was for us!
For starters the drop off and pick up times are perfect and allow a decent working day to happen for myself. The staff were so friendly and helpful, special shout out to Zoe who greeted our daughter at the door both days and escorted to pick up because she was slightly anxious about it being something new for her and older children being present but Zoe completely took the perfect approach and she warmed into it straight away!
The breakfast club was a fantastic addition and our daughter was happy with the selection and portions. The activities were super varied but a particular favourite was the bracelet making and the fairy cress! We look forward to the next one!
Mandy made booking in the holiday club a breeze and explained why and how I had extra childcare hours which could cover the holiday club days. I spoke with Zoe and Sophie in advance about my worries of the days being longer and how my daughter would be with that and they both were so kind and put my mind at rest that they will call me if she seems tired or anything. My daughter had such a lovely two days with the holiday club team making bracelets, growing cress castles, watercolour painting and lots of other fun activities. We definitely recommend the holiday club at Cullompton Pre School!
After attending in October half term, my son counted down the days until the February half term holiday club- repeatedly asking me “is it Tuesday yet?”. He skipped in excitedly and skipped out full of the joy of the club. His favourite bit… “seeing all my teachers again”. A really lovely, nurturing and educational club… giving me the time to work that I needed. I’m so pleased and already looking to book again for Easter.

Our daughter absolutely loves coming to holiday club, it provides her with the continuity she needs and she always has great fun! It is also a huge help to us parents as it means we can continue with our working week without too much disruption, so big thanks from all of us.

Our son has attended breakfast club for over a year now. He enjoys trying new breakfast foods & its really helped him to build some lovely friendships with other attendees before pre school starts. We absolutely love wrap around care as an option at pre-school, allowing us the flexibility we need to be able to work. The ladies on the door in the morning are bubbly and smiley, welcoming in our children with open arms. My son regularly tells me of the lovely small group time he’s had at wrap around care- enjoying breakfast or a snack and playing games. It’s allowed him to form lasting friendships and develop his social skills. The fact we can book as a regular attendance is brilliant, but even better is the last minute bookings/drop ins we can often make for the changes in life that can’t be predicted. Cullompton preschools wrap around care is a life saver! This gives us time around the busy school day to drop off and pick up around school hours. Our little one loves attending and starts her day with a yummy breakfast and a warm welcome from the wonderful ladies. At after the preschool day has finished she gets to enjoy a lovely wind down with quieter activities! Fully recommend this service x

“Every morning my son asks if it is a breakfast club day, he is very disappointed when it is not! He started preschool and breakfast club/after school club just before he turned 3, having that special quiet time in the breakfast and after school club has made his transition so much easier. His confidence and friendships have developed beautifully, not only with the other children but with the staff too. It is heart warming to watch him run into breakfast club, to jump into a hug with Claire. It is a wonderful way for everyone to start their day! The sessions are-fee paying and your funding can’t be used in these clubs.
The cost is £7.50 for breakfast club 8.05am-9.05am and £10 for after school club 3.05pm – 4.35pm and payable in advance.
You are also welcome to use these as drop in sessions and book in a couple of days before as needed to suit your busy life!

The wraparound care is a really lovely time for the children who come. They are welcomed into a warm pre-school, they help to lay out the badges for the day and choose toys and have breakfast together. We offer toast or healthy cereal and milk or water and the children independently help themselves to their breakfast. Lots of independence is encouraged and then it is time to play with our experienced team until their friends arrive at 9.05am. We continue to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework during our wraparound clubs and continue to observe the children, work on any gaps they may have and nurture time is available as well. The sessions are child led and the current favourite game is to play “teachers”! It is wonderful to see the small group enjoy time together in a quieter session. The After School Clubs also have a snack time around 3.30pm and chat away.
