BBC Film Crew – due Tuesday 6th February 2024

We are excited to be selected to welcome a BBC film crew to pre-school on Tuesday – the reporter will be highlighting the issues that we face as a sector – underfunding and staff recruitment. We were invited earlier today and the visit was confirmed at 6.45PM today so we apologise for the late notice. The crew may speak to you in the morning and will be filming during the morning session and you will be asked to give your consent individually for your child to appear in the filming. The programme is due to be broadcast Tuesday evening on BBC Spotlight news.  If you have any concerns please speak to one of our staff team and your child can be moved from the section that is being filmed. We are really excited to have this coverage to highlight the government funding issues that we face in order to deliver the free 30 and 15 hours entitlement that we offer with no top up fees at all.
